à Application and Features of Waste black Oil Filtration System

Application:

Aqualink ,AQ-ZLY series oil filter machines can not only remove the carbon particles, deep oxid, etc., but also can filter off the harmful matters such as colloid, bitumen. After treated by the machines, the color of the treated oils can be recovered, similar with new one; the quality indexes are improved also, so as to resume the performance of engine oil, keep the engine being lubricated, guarantee lubricating system of engine to work properly and prolong service life of engine oil. The series machines are special for recycling kinds of engine oil used in ships, cars and other vehicles.

# Routine Maintenance of filtration process .

# When oil pressure comes up very quickly just after a short time of working, it means that the filter net is blocked up and should be checked. Take out the net and view it in the light at an angle of 45º, if the filter sheets are blocked, wash them. We recommend the washing method as below: Chemical processing method: Clean the sheets in a pure washing pond, which contains 10~15% NaoH cleaning liquid (or other non-corrosive cleaning liquid) with the temperature between 50~80℃. The washing time should be less than 3 hours.(Note: No hydrochloric acid or cleaning liquid with dissociated free chlorine is used, as they will erode the filter net badly.

# Use 6~8Mpa high-pressure water to clean it. Put the filter sheets vertically on a wooden board with the outlet toward down, wash it from an angle of 45℃.
